Photosynthesis matters to me because it creates one of the most basic elements of life. Oxygen. Without oxygen we as humans wouldn't exist, along with almost everything else on earth, if not everything.

This site helped me understand it quite a bit. It shows both photosystems, and the sections in the photosystems. Also explains what goes in, and what leaves, as well as what is created. If you simply do not understand the first time you may reply the step by step process of the demo, or simply pause from pressing the continue or next button and think about what happened and get a grasp on it.

Scientific Curiosity
The natural world has tons of unexplainable phenomenon. One that interests me greatly is the physical presence of human organs. How are they formed? How is the heart formed? I know that we are made up of cells, which eventually make it to organs. This process is very interesting. I want to know how we can go from a tiny spec to a full beating heart that everyone needs.
